NBA team member consulted with congressional staffers Wednesday to talk about the league ´ s relationship with sportsbooks and other matters related to the betting scandals that resulted in federal indictments of Miami guard Terry Rozier, Portland coach Chauncey Billups and others last month, two individuals with knowledge of the talks stated.
