Settlement of Wagers
Statistics supplied by the official score(s) company or the official website of the relevant competition or occasion will be used to settle wagers. Where statistics from a main rating(s) provider or official website are not offered or there is substantial evidence that the main rating(s) company or official site is inaccurate, we will utilize independent proof to support bet settlement.
In the absence of constant, independent evidence or in the presence of significant conflicting evidence, bets will be settled based on our own stats.
Betting Information
General
Race Surface
If on the day of a race the surface area is transformed (e.g., Turf to Dirt/All Weather or vice versa), then bets will stand.
Win/Place Betting
Bets are settled to win unless Win/Place is chosen. An Win/Place bet is a bet of two times the chosen unit wager. It consists of one bet of unit wager on the choice to Win and one bet of unit wager on the choice to be Placed according to the terms advertised for the event. In basic, the Place part of Win/Place bets will be settled according to the following Place terms:
- Handicaps of 16 or more starters, one quarter the odds, first four locations.

Position Payout
Position Payout is a fixed chances market, which provides you the choice to place a bet on your horse to finish within a series of ending up positions. The payment of your bet is figured out by the set multiplier assigned to the ending up position of your horse.
Bets on scratches will be deemed no action.
If a horse(s) is withdrawn from a particular race with odds of greater than +475, your selection will stand at the current costs. If the withdrawn horse(s) has chances of +450 or less, then your selection will be recalculated at the present prices. In case of the number of runners in the race being equivalent to or less than the number of finishing positions provided at time of bet placement, then bets will be deemed no action.
For any Position Payout bets, in the event of a dead-heat, we will pay the full multiplication value for the greater place. As an example, if your horse dead heats up for 3rd and fourth place, you will be paid in complete for the 3rd location multiplier.
Our Double Result promotion will apply to this market.
Runners Under Starting Orders
In all races the number of starters will be the number of starters coming under starters orders. Bets will not be accepted where the Place wager exceeds the Win wager. Win/Place 2 Leg Parlays, 3 Leg Parlays, and Multi Leg Parlays will be settled Win to Win and Place to Place in accordance with the above.
Each Way Extra
Each Way Extra bets are thought about a balanced out to standard Win/Place terms. Cash Back (Win Insurance) 9 Places
As above but refund for ending up 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, seventh, eighth, or ninth.
Refund (Win Insurance) 10 locations
As above but money back for completing 2nd, third, 4th, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, or tenth.
Place Betting
To Place 2-10/1 -2/ 1-2-3 Betting
These markets are settled according to the terms advertised for the event. Bets on scratches will be deemed no action, and when suitable, a deduction will use to all remaining runners based upon the pertinent Place Only/1 -2/ 1-2-3 odds of the withdrawn horse at the time of withdrawal, utilizing the table listed below. In case of scratches, we reserve the right to alter the place terms offered for subsequent bets positioned. In case of two or more horses being scratched before coming under Starter's Orders, then the total reductions will not surpass $0.90 in $.
Betting Without
Dead-heat guidelines apply. Where we provide chances on an occasion without a chosen choice(s), for settlement purposes the finishing position of the "without" choice(s) will be neglected.
In the occasion of a scratch or of scratches a Rule 4 deduction will be used based upon the rate (in the specified "without" market) of the non-runner at the time of withdrawal. Fixed Odds Exactas and Fixed Odds Trifectas
Fixed Odds Exacta

Fixed Odds Trifecta
When Fixed Odds Betting is offered with 3 or more starters, bet365 might offer Fixed Odds Trifecta Wagers. Trifecta wagering involves predicting 1st, second, and 3rd locations in a race.
In the event of a scratching which is 10.00 or less in the bet365 Fixed Odds Win Market, Fixed Odds Trifectas placed prior to the scratching will be paid at the bet365 closing repaired chances trifecta rate. For scratchings over 10.00 the priced estimate chances will stand.
In the event of just 2 beginners starting a race, all Fixed Odds Trifecta bets will be considered no action.
In case of only 2 starters finishing the race, the outcome will be settled with a dividend being declared equivalent to the bet365 closing fixed chances exacta rate, assuming the initial Trifecta bet contains the 2 finishers in the correct placements, with any of the other starters to finish third.
In case of just 1 starter finishing the race, a dividend will be declared equal to the bet365 closing price in the fixed chances win market.
Scratches Other Than Futures
Where a horse is scratched before coming under starter's orders, or is officially considered by the runner to have actually taken no part in the race, then wagers will be returned on the scratched horse and winning bets will be subject to deductions in accordance with Rule 4 (Deductions). The rate of will be based upon the price of the scratched horse at the time of its scratching on the following scale:

Winning Distance Over/Under Live In Game
Where there is a dead-heat, winning bets will be settled under the quote to the complete wager. Where a horse surfaces alone, bets will be settled over the quote. Where a horse completes precisely on the quote, then all bets will be settled as no action.
Match Bet, Including Live In Game
All choices should be deemed an official runner or bets are deemed no action.
The selection that obtains the greatest finishing position is the winner. Bets will be decided on the Correct Weight or the All Clear outcome supplied by the official governing body.
Dead-heat guidelines apply.
If both or all selections fail to finish, all bets will be considered no action and wagers returned.
Our Protest Promise promotion does not apply.
Winning Distances
Where suitable, the named horse needs to win. All bets will be settled according to the main distance as mentioned at the weigh-in. Any scratches, then Rule 4 (Deductions) will apply to Horse Winning Distances (not suitable to Race Winning Distances). Where the named horse is a dead-heat winner, then bets will be settled as under to the complete wager. Where a horse finishes alone, then bets settled as over.
Either To Win
For a specified race chances are offered for either of the named horses to win.
If either horse is declared a scratch, the entire bet will be deemed no action.
Standard Rule 4 reductions apply. Bets decided on the official result. Dead-heat rules apply.
